Trace-Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

TraceMobile is a smartphone tracking application that records location information, activity, movement for users who volunteer to participate in the study of mobile knowledge workers. GPS Data is gathered via the smartphone application and transmitted to a server where the information is stored securely. Data collected by TraceMobile will provide a greater understanding of mobile knowledge workers and their daily practices.

Users are able to see their real time locations on map and they are also able to review their previously recorded trips.

When you start recording, this app continuously use GPS in background.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
